KeyBank presents a Financial Literacy Workshop on “Selling a Business & Succession Planning.”

After completing this workshop, you will be able to:
• Explain how to change the ownership of a business through selling, closing, or handing the business to successors.
• Explain how to establish an exit strategy for retirement which includes a succession plan, transferring ownership of the business, and paying taxes.

In collaboration with three bank partners, SCMBA brings you “Capital Conversations,” a monthly workshop series dedicated to creating healthy banking relationships, enhancing business and personal credit and fostering economic growth for minority businesses.
