Lydia Lee is SCMBA’s Program Director and has been successful in this position for 1 year. She is in charge of 2 innovative programs, ERA (Expanding Resources for All) and YEP (Youth Entrepreneur Program). Lydia has been affiliated with SCMBA for over 10 years. First as a business owner, then as an employee in 2022. She is passionate about the mission of SCMBA; which is to help minority business owners to grow through learning from the best and helping them throughout their business journey. Lydia sees more and more partners collaborating with SCMBA, making this organization more visible and strong in Stark County and beyond.
